THEME OF THE PROPOSTED ITU FORUM
In the year 2008, the ICT Ministry of Thailand decided not to organize Bangkok ICT Expo but to support ITU Telecom Asia 2008. Therefore, it would be appropriate to include the Fifth International Conference on eLearning for Knowledge-Based Society in ITU Telecom Asia 2008.
The theme should then be adjusted to correspond to ITU, i.e. the main theme should be “New Generation and New Values of eLearning and Telecommunications”.
Accepted papers are published in the Special Issue of the International Journal of the Computer, the Internet and Management (IJCIM),www.ijcim.th.org
